Shipping & returns

Currently it is not possible to order and send to an address out of Spain. If you are interested in one of our items please reach out to info@arxiu320.com and we can try to accommodate.

Returns
All vintage pieces are sold as-is, and we encourage mindful shopping. We carefully inspect, describe, and measure every item, and minor signs of wear are part of the character of vintage.

Under EU and Spanish law, customers have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, except for certain exceptions (such as customized items). If you wish to exercise this right, or if an item has a significant flaw we missed, please contact us within 14 days via our [contact page]. We will guide you through the return process.

Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was not as described.

Shipping
We ship at minimum once a week, every Wednesday. If you need the item faster, please let us know and we will try to accomodate.

• Items stay available online for 24 hours; after that, they’re no longer available for shipping.
• Items in our showroom are not available for shipping. Thank you for understanding.
